GSD Agency Partners Refund and Return Policy

At GSD Agency Partners, we strive to provide quality products, services, educational resources, and community opportunities. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


Apparel and Merchandise Returns

We accept returns of eligible apparel and merchandise within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
  • Item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.


Non-Returnable Apparel

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Limited edition items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photographs of the item

Approved claims may result in:

  • Replacement item
  • Store credit
  • Refund at our discretion

Services, Events, Programs, and Workshops

Due to scheduling commitments and administrative costs, all fees paid for:

  • Consulting services
  • Coaching services
  • Educational programs
  • Workshops
  • Training sessions
  • Community events
  • Memberships
  • Speaking engagements
  • Digital products
  • Downloadable resources

are non-refundable once the service has been delivered, accessed, attended, scheduled, or downloaded.


Cancellations by Customer

Customers may request cancellation prior to the scheduled service date.

Approved cancellations may qualify for:

  • Rescheduling
  • Store credit
  • Partial refund

at the sole discretion of GSD Agency Partners.


No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment, event, workshop, consultation, or training session without prior notice may result in forfeiture of all fees paid.


Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of:

  • E-books
  • Downloadable resources
  • Training materials
  • Educational guides
  • Digital templates
  • Online courses

are final and non-refundable.


Third-Party Services, Referrals, and Partner Organizations

GSD Agency Partners may provide referrals, introductions, recommendations, or access to third-party service providers, businesses, organizations, consultants, contractors, vendors, nonprofit organizations, financial professionals, mental health professionals, educational institutions, or community partners.

Any agreement, transaction, purchase, service, consultation, product, or interaction between you and a third-party provider is solely between you and that provider.

GSD Agency Partners:

  • Does not guarantee the quality, performance, availability, or results of third-party services.
  • Does not process refunds on behalf of third-party providers.
  • Is not responsible for disputes between customers and third-party providers.
  • Shall not be held liable for damages, losses, dissatisfaction, injuries, delays, errors, omissions, or outcomes resulting from third-party products or services.

Any refund requests related to a third-party service, product, or partner must be directed to the applicable provider according to their policies.


Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GSD Agency Partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Product purchases
  • Service participation
  • Referrals
  • Community partnerships
  • Educational materials
  • Third-party interactions

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid directly to GSD Agency Partners for the applicable product or service.


Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact GSD Agency Partners before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

We reserve the right to provide supporting documentation to financial institutions regarding services rendered, products delivered, registrations completed, or agreements accepted.
